Step
While the aim of aerobics is to increase the body's consumption of oxygen, step aerobics builds on that goal by offering a more intense workout. The action of stepping up and down engages our large muscle groups, (glutes, quads, and hamstrings) providing the extra boost needed to intensify the workout. Step is a great conditioning class with hi-lo intervals and choreographed step combinations. It is appropriate for all fitness levels; just come and work at your own pace!

Double Step
All the benefit of a regular step class but twice the fun, utilizing the traditional step times two! Double Step is a great way to recharge your step workout. This is an intermediate class, some step experience is recommended.

Quad Step
This high-energy step class untilizes four steps! For the advanced stepper, the challenging class combines choreography, directional changes, and a heart pumping beat to create a workout for your body and mind.

Cardio Pump
this class provides a cardiovascular workout with the benefits of resistance training to provide a balanced workout. The workout can be offered in a wide variety of formats sure to challenge your muscles and keep you reaping the rewards of inteval conditioning and cross training.

Cardio Kickbox
Achieve endurance, strength, balance, and mental toughness in the cardio kickbox class. A series of fast-paced jabs, punches, shuffles, and kicks are all incorporated into this exhilarating class. Great for increasing strength, the pliability of connective tissue, and cardiovascular fitness, this workout is good for all fitness levels!

Qi Gong
Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is a 3000-year-old discipline from China. Combining slow movement, deep breathing, and meditation, qigong is also a gnetle form of exercise. It promotes flexibility and increases strength without stressing the joints.
Qigong can be a useful therapy for a variety of ailments. What's more, qigong is suitable for people of all ages and can be done safely by those with physical ailments.

Yoga
Yoga classes are designed to develop strength, relaxation, and a deepening awareness of inner resources. Emphasis is placed on alignment and breath, with an intention of steadiness and ease in every movement. Students are led through a series of poses, typically beginning with standing poses through to seated and restorative poses. Pilates

Nia (dance)
Nia is a free flowing dance class that simultaneously addresses the body, mind, emotion, and spirit using music, movement, and personal expression. To achieve this whole-being integration, Nia addresses the whole person using a comprehensive holistic exercise approach designed with a combination of nine classic movement forms.

Zumba (dance)
Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin ryhthms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program. Cycle
Cycle is an aerobic exercise that takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle. As you pedal, motivating music plays and the instructor talks you through a visualization of an outdoor cycling workout: "You're going up a long hill now; you can't see the top yet..." During the class you vary your pace - sometimes pedaling as fast as you can, other times cranking up the tension and pedaling slowly from a standing position.
Cycle burns serious calories and offers an awesome aerobic workout that makes your heart pump fast. Because you stay in one place with the same basic movement throughout, Cycle doesn't involve a lot of coordination; it's easier to concentrate on your form than in other types of aerobic classes. Although you can follow the general instructions of the cycle teacher, you are in control when it comes to your pace. You can finish a spin class, regardless of your fitness level, simply by adjusting your pace or the tension knob on the bike.

SilverSneaker MSROM
(Muscular Strength and Range of Movement)
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-heald weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Lift 2B Fit
A group exercise class using free weights, your own body weight, stability balls and barbells with adjustable weights to improve your muscular strength, endurance, stability, and balance. The group setting offers a fun and energized alternative to your weight training routine. This class is great for beginners as well as experienced exercisers.
