XtremeFit offers a group of well-rounded and diverse fitness trainers who encompass a myriad of skills. Our purpose is to provide the healthiest and most efficient results possible for our members. We focus on safe form, balance, speed, endurance, strength, muscle growth, and fat loss. We will challenge every aspect of your workout in unique and creative ways, while helping overcome obstacles, instilling confidence, and self-respect. Our goal for members is to learn something about themselves, to feel empowered, and to see how much they can accomplish when coached by the XtremeFit team.

classes and descriptions:
X-class: a class built around constantly varied, high intensity movements. These classes last one hour and start with a warm-up and a skill, followed by a strength and a MetCon (metabolic conditioning).
Bootcamp: an hour class of high intensity cardio with varied movements and exercises. classes are indoor and outdoor, weather dependent.
rowing: a 45 minute cardio/strength class that focuses on rowing. We use concept 2 rowers and focus on rowing fundamentals as well as other high intensity movements.
